For club owners
Your club is probably already on the map. Claim it — it's free.
Court Rally's directory lists thousands of racket-sport clubs across the country, each with its own page. Claiming yours turns that listing into a working front desk: a verified badge, your coaches, a roster, lesson requests, and a board that rings every member's phone — at no cost to the club.
Claiming takes an evening
Find your page
Search the club finder for your club and open its page. At the bottom: "Run this club? Claim it."
Verify once
Legal name, the name on the door, the owner, a phone number we can reach you on, and the address. A person reviews it, usually within a day or two, and your listing becomes your page.
Invite your people
Add your coaches and families by email or handle. The page shows your coaches; the desk starts receiving requests.
What the club gets
A front desk that works while you coach
- ✓Bring your members in, and other clubs
Share your club link so your families and coaches land on your roster. Clubs that bring their members in can earn a share of what those members spend, and so can clubs that refer other clubs — ask us.
- ✓A lesson calendar your coaches and families share
Schedule lessons and practices from the desk or let families ask for them; everyone booked sees it on their calendar and gets a reminder before it starts.
- ✓A verified page that ranks
Your page names the sport, the town and the coaches who teach there, and it's what a search for your town and sport lands on.
- ✓Roster and membership asks
Players and coaches ask to join; you answer from one desk. Per sport, per club — a tennis desk never sees badminton asks.
- ✓A board that reaches every phone
Post a notice — courts closed, a new class, a schedule change — and it lands on every member's board and rings their phone. Attach the flyer, a photo, or a clip.
- ✓Events and tournaments, with a sign-up sheet
Post a Saturday clinic or a monthly tournament with a date, a venue and a cap; families sign a player up in a tap and you see exactly who's coming.
- ✓Sponsored reach to families nearby
With Featured, a post can go Public: families within your radius see it on their board, clearly labeled Sponsored — and your public page carries it too. The regular rankings never change.
- ✓Your coaches, one tap from every family
Coaches on your roster get a free portal with every player's plan and film. The AI reads the film; the coach corrects the stroke.
Print your poster
Once your club is verified, your page comes with a poster for the wall: the club's name, a QR code with the Court Rally logo set into it, and three screens of what the app does, so a family at the front desk can join, find their coach and book a lesson without anyone typing a URL. Open Club → Print your poster on your phone or from a browser and print it on any printer — no waiting on us.
Not sure whether your club is listed? Search the finder — every club we know about is on it, registered or not.
