Court Rally is operated by SamLyd Holdings LLC (“we”). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Court Rally.
Who may use it
Court Rally is for anyone who trains — adult players on their own behalf, families, coaches, and clubs. You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A player under 18 uses Court Rally only through an account held and run by their parent or guardian; children do not create their own accounts.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Give us accurate information — a coach searching for you, or a family connecting to you, relies on it.
- Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
Coaching, not medical advice
Court Rally generates training plans and technique feedback, including automatically. This is general sports coaching information. It is not medical, physiotherapy, or professional health advice, and it cannot see the player. Stop training and seek qualified help if anything hurts. You decide what you — or the player you are responsible for — actually do; nothing the app proposes is an instruction.
Automatically generated content
Plans, stroke feedback and suggestions are produced by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular player. Review anything before acting on it. A plan reaches your week only when you apply it, and a coach's plan only when you accept it.
Coaches and families
- A coach sees a player's plans, progress, shared clips and conversation only while a connection is approved, and only for the sport it covers.
- A family may end a connection at any time; the coach immediately loses access to that player.
- Coaches are independent of us. We do not employ, vet, certify or supervise them, and we are not party to any arrangement between a coach and a family.
Meeting in person
Court Rally helps people find each other — coaches near you, clubs and courts near a practice — and helps them agree a time and a place. What happens at that place happens in the real world, between you and people we do not know. By using these features you accept the following:
- We do not run background checks on anyone. A coach or family appearing in search results, including “near me” results, means only that they created an account.
- Places shown in the app — clubs, courts, and locations typed by other users — are not inspected, endorsed or verified by us. Whether a venue is safe, suitable and lawful to use is yours to judge.
- If the player is a minor, their parent or guardian is responsible for them at all times. We strongly recommend meeting first in public venues and staying present for a minor's sessions — the app never replaces a guardian's supervision.
- You attend any session voluntarily and at your own risk. Sports carry inherent risk of injury; meeting people carries its own risks. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for what any user or third party does, on or off the app.
- A coach may accept or decline any request, and either side may cancel. We are not party to, and do not guarantee, any session, payment or arrangement made between users.
Location features are built to know as little as possible: a family's location is used for the search you asked for and never stored, and a coach's pin is an area of about a kilometre, never an address.
Your content
Clips, notes, scores and messages remain yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process them so the app can work — showing them to you, delivering them to a coach you have connected to, and sending what is needed to our processors to generate feedback. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to train AI models.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload anything unlawful, or anything depicting a person who has not agreed to be filmed.
- Do not use the app to harass anyone, or to reach a family or coach who does not want to hear from you.
- Do not attempt to access another account's data, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Availability
The service is provided as it is, without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try hard not to lose your data, but you should not treat Court Rally as your only copy of anything that matters to you.
Ending it
You can delete your account from the app at any time; doing so removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, SamLyd Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for injury arising from training activity, or for the acts or omissions of users or of anyone you meet, or places you visit, through the app. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your own use of the service or your dealings with other users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
